We prefer electronic submissions. We recommend that you send articles at least a month in advance of when you would like the submission to appear.

We use a different format for submissions.  We ask people who will be featured to submit a biography or resume.  A first draft is created and sent to the person being featured.  Questions that we anticipate our readers might be interested in knowing about the person are sent.  Their response is incorporated into the content of the article and sent back for final review.  The featured person has an opportunity to edit or change the final draft.  When the final review is returned, that is what will be printed.
